I ordered a hot pink Orchid to be delivered to my mother. I was told they had none in stock and the supplier was also out so I went with the white Orchid. Later I got a text that they found a pink Orchid and delivered that one....on the same day I placed the order!!!! On New Years eve no less. Will gladly do business with them again. This was my first experience with Busy Bee, and there aren't enough superlatives in the English language to describe them! Their communication and customer service is incredibly attentive - I received a text immediately after ordering in response to some special instructions and so that I could approve a minor substitution for one flower. The arrangement was absolutely STUNNING and looked exactly like the photo. Busy Bee also texted me a photo of the arrangement and emailed me the moment it was delivered. My mother-in-law was blown away by the floral work of art that was delivered on her birthday. I wish I could give more than 5 stars -- Busy Bee is amazing and I can't wait to use them again!

I wanted to send flowers to my daughter after her surgery. I did not want to use FTD because I knew flowers might be limited. I stopped by the Busy Bee. The place was so clean and the florist really took the time to listen to what I wanted. The arrangement was beautiful and a week later it is still beautiful. So glad I found a new florist!
